Yoga Sequences

I love asana series that flow smoothly on the breath form one to another.
Here I offer up some of my favorite sequences for your enjoyment - check back for updates!

Seated lotus fold into lotus twist

Vinyasa into seated half-bound lotus forward fold (modify unbound, foot inside thigh if necessary).

Rotate posture placing lower arm over bent knee, upper arm to sky or overhead to foot without collapsing chest.

Exhale to center, inhale roll to back in half lotus fold, and pull leg towards you. Work towards flattening spine on mat (notice my tailbone is of the floor here - room to grow).

Inhale to seated, folding extended leg into lotus, modifying as needed. Exhaling wrap arm around to grab top foot and back of other hand against knee, hand in mudra. Inhaling, lengthen spine, open heart (chest) upward and twist.
