group, I can design a format perfect for your
requirements. Workshops are particularly helpful
to target specific postures and take time to
more deeply immerse in the practice. I have
often experienced breakthroughs after attending
one.
Workshops can range
from the fundamentals of alignment and focus in
standing postures, learning to breath and work
with the body locks (bhandas) to advanced
inversions and arm balances.
